Multi Fried Rice...!

Ingredients:

  • Rice  -- Half Kg (boil with 1 tbsp vinegar)
  • Capsicum - 1 medium (Julian style cut)
  • Fresh mint - (Finely chopped)
  • Green color - a pinch
  • Pomegranate - 1 medium
  • Butter - 1 small packet
  • Tomato - 1 (finely sliced)
  • Chinese salt - 1 tbsp
  • White pepper - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - half tbsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp

Method Of Preparation:

  • Take half packet of butter in a pan and lightly fry capsicum in it.
  • Add boiled rice with fried capsicum and mix them well at slow flame.
  • Now add Chinese salt, white pepper, black pepper, salt and remaining half butter.
  • Add finely chopped mint, sliced tomatoes and pomegranate seeds in rice.
  • Finely add green color and and mix them well with the help of spoon.
  • Cover rice and put them on slow flame for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Decorate them in a large rice dish with tomato slices, mint and lemon :)
