Chichen Vegetable Spagetti In Desi Style...!

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti -  1 Packet
  • Onion - 2-3 medium
  • Carrot - 2 large
  • Peas - 1-2 cups
  • Capsicum- 1 large
  • Chicken - 3 cups (Boiled and shredded)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 4-5 tbsp
  • White Vinegar - 4-5 tbsp
  • Chinese Salt - 2 tbsp
  • Hot Sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Red chilly Powder - 1-2 tbsp
  • Turmeric - half tsp
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Oil - 4-5 tbsp
  • Water - As required

Method Of Preparation:

  • Take about half  liter water in a pan with 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp oil and boil it then add spaghetti into this and boil them until all the spaghetti turn tender and soft.
  • Drain off all the hot water and put spaghetti into a drainer. Souk them with 2 tbs oil.
  • Now take 4-5 tbs oil in a frying pan and fry capsicum, carrot and peas turn by turn for about 1 minute.
  • Boil the chicken and shredded it.
  • Now finely chop onions and fry them into oil then add ginger garlic paste into this.
  • Now add red chillies, turmeric, salt and make it into the form of thick gravy.
  • Add chicken, all the fried vegetables, soy sauce, vinegar, Chinese salt, hot sauce into this onion gravy and cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Now add all the spaghetti into this and mix it well with the help of a large spoon.
  • Cook it for about 2 minutes.
  • Decorate it into a large platter with green chillies and tomatoes and serve it with hot ketchup :)
