Easy Home Made Gulab Jamuns...!

Ingredients:

  • Dried whole milk (Khoya) - half kg
  • White Flour (Maida) - half cup
  • Semolina (sooji) - 2 tbsp
  • Baking Soda - half tsp
  • Desi Ghee - 1-2 tbsp
  • Water - As required
  • Sugar - 4 cups
  • Pistachio & Almonds - As required
Method Of Preparation:

  • Mix Khoya, white flour, sooji, baking soda and Desi Ghee in a bowl and make it into the form of a smooth dough with the help of water.
  •  Now make small size gulab jamuns (small round balls) from this smooth dough.
  • Add 4 cups sugar with 2 cups water in a pan and cook until its colors turns to light yellow and it becomes somehow in thick from.
  • Now fry all the gulab jamuns into hot oil at medium flame until they turn to medium brown.
  • Dip all the gulab jamuns one by one in sugar mixture (sheera).
  •  Decorate them in a platter by sprinkling piste and almonds on them.
  • Tasty gulab jamuns are ready for serving :)
