Easy Home Made Gulab Jamuns...!

Ingredients:

  • Dried whole milk (Khoya) - half kg
  • White Flour (Maida) - half cup
  • Semolina (sooji) - 2 tbsp
  • Baking Soda - half tsp
  • Desi Ghee - 1-2 tbsp
  • Water - As required
  • Sugar - 4 cups
  • Pistachio & Almonds - As required
Method Of Preparation:

  • Mix Khoya, white flour, sooji, baking soda and Desi Ghee in a bowl and make it into the form of a smooth dough with the help of water.
  •  Now make small size gulab jamuns (small round balls) from this smooth dough.
  • Add 4 cups sugar with 2 cups water in a pan and cook until its colors turns to light yellow and it becomes somehow in thick from.
  • Now fry all the gulab jamuns into hot oil at medium flame until they turn to medium brown.
  • Dip all the gulab jamuns one by one in sugar mixture (sheera).
  •  Decorate them in a platter by sprinkling piste and almonds on them.
  • Tasty gulab jamuns are ready for serving :)

Multi Fried Rice...!

Ingredients:

  • Rice  -- Half Kg (boil with 1 tbsp vinegar)
  • Capsicum - 1 medium (Julian style cut)
  • Fresh mint - (Finely chopped)
  • Green color - a pinch
  • Pomegranate - 1 medium
  • Butter - 1 small packet
  • Tomato - 1 (finely sliced)
  • Chinese salt - 1 tbsp
  • White pepper - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - half tbsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp

Method Of Preparation:

  • Take half packet of butter in a pan and lightly fry capsicum in it.
  • Add boiled rice with fried capsicum and mix them well at slow flame.
  • Now add Chinese salt, white pepper, black pepper, salt and remaining half butter.
  • Add finely chopped mint, sliced tomatoes and pomegranate seeds in rice.
  • Finely add green color and and mix them well with the help of spoon.
  • Cover rice and put them on slow flame for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Decorate them in a large rice dish with tomato slices, mint and lemon :)

Chichen Vegetable Spagetti In Desi Style...!

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti -  1 Packet
  • Onion - 2-3 medium
  • Carrot - 2 large
  • Peas - 1-2 cups
  • Capsicum- 1 large
  • Chicken - 3 cups (Boiled and shredded)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 4-5 tbsp
  • White Vinegar - 4-5 tbsp
  • Chinese Salt - 2 tbsp
  • Hot Sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Red chilly Powder - 1-2 tbsp
  • Turmeric - half tsp
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Oil - 4-5 tbsp
  • Water - As required

Method Of Preparation:

  • Take about half  liter water in a pan with 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp oil and boil it then add spaghetti into this and boil them until all the spaghetti turn tender and soft.
  • Drain off all the hot water and put spaghetti into a drainer. Souk them with 2 tbs oil.
  • Now take 4-5 tbs oil in a frying pan and fry capsicum, carrot and peas turn by turn for about 1 minute.
  • Boil the chicken and shredded it.
  • Now finely chop onions and fry them into oil then add ginger garlic paste into this.
  • Now add red chillies, turmeric, salt and make it into the form of thick gravy.
  • Add chicken, all the fried vegetables, soy sauce, vinegar, Chinese salt, hot sauce into this onion gravy and cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Now add all the spaghetti into this and mix it well with the help of a large spoon.
  • Cook it for about 2 minutes.
  • Decorate it into a large platter with green chillies and tomatoes and serve it with hot ketchup :)

Refreshing Paradise Drink For Summer...!

Ingredients:

Pineapple - 2 slices
Soda Water - half  bottle
Fresh Cream - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Orange Squash - 3 tsp
Green Color - A pinch
Ice - As required

Method Of Preparation:

  • Blend all the above ingredients in a blender with ice. 
  • Take it in a glass and decorate with pineapple slices.
  • Its really refreshing and cool drink specially for summer :) 


Chicken Drum Sticks...!

Ingredients:

Green Chillies - 4 to 5
Onion - 1 medium
Ginger - 1 medium
Chicken - 5 to 6 (Leg pieces)
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
White pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chinese salt - 1 tsp
Egg - 1
Salt - A pinch
Red Chillies - 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour - 1 cup

Method Of Preparation:

  • Finely chop Green chillies, onion, ginger.
  • Separate the chicken from bones and finely chop it.
  • Add green chillies, ginger, onion, black pepper, white pepper, Chinese salt, egg, salt, red chillies and corn flour into chicken and mix well the whole mixture with the help of your hand.
  • Now give the shape of drum sticks to this whole mixture on leg bones and fry them deeply in hot oil on medium flame.
  • When the color of drum sticks turned to light brown then put them in a platter. 
  • Serve them with ketchup and hot sauce.

Pink Lady Drink...!

Ingredients:

Bananas - 2
Mango Squash - 2 tbsp
Orange squash - 2 tbsp
Pineapple - 1 slice
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cream - 3 tbsp
Pink color - A pinch
Ice - As required

Method Of Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blender with pink color and Ice and blend it well....
Decorate it with pineapple slice and mint leaves...
Its ready for serving :)

Arabian Tobacco Salad....!

Ingredients:

Cabbage - Half (medium side)
Salad Leaves - A Few
Pineapple - 2 slices Big
Raisin (Kishmish) - 8 to 10
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
Orange squash - 2 tbsp
Banana - 1 medium
Icing sugar - 2 tbsp
Black pepper - A pinch
Salt - To taste
Cream - Half Packet

Method Of Preparation:

Finely cut the cabbage, pineapple, raisin, and banana into small pieces and then add mayonnaise, orange squash, sugar, black pepper, salt and cream in it.
Mix well and decorate it with Salad leaves and Pineapple.
Its ready for serving :)

Home Made Jalebi In Few Easy Steps...!

Ingredients:

White Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Gram Flour (Besan) - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Yellow color - 1 to 2 pinches
Egg - 1
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - as required

Method Of Preparation:

In a bowl, mix White flour, gram flour, ghee, yellow color, egg and make it in the form of smooth mixture with the help of water.
Leave this mixture at room temperature for about 2-3 hours.
For making sheera, Add 2 cups sugar in one cup water and cook it on slow flame until it shows a thick layer.
Now pour the whole Jalebi mixture in a bottle with a small nossel ( like a ketchup bottle).
Heat the oil at medium flame and fry the Jalebies (like a round circle) one by one in hot oil.
Serve them by sprinkling almonds and pista on them.
Yummy! you must try it, i have tried it myself :)

Vanilla Icecream Shake - A Splashing Gift For Summer...!

Ingredients:

Vanilla Icecream - 3 to 4 scoops
Sugar - Depending upon the required sweetness
Milk  - Quarter gallon

Method of preperation:

Add the milk, sugar and icecream in a blender and nicely blend it until it becomes thick, smooth and fruity.
Serve it with Ice cubes as required.
Really Yummy :)

Cool Down This Summer With Smoothie Mango Lassi...!

Ingredients:

Fresh Ripe Mangoes - 3 to 4 (cut into cubes)
Yogurt - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp
Water - As required
 Ice - As required

Method of preparation:  

Put  mango cubes, yogurt, sugar, water and ice in a mixture and blend all the ingredient nicely.
Serve in a glass with mango slice decor :)

Yummy Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients!

Potatoes Boiled - 2 medium (mashed)
Chicken boiled - 250 gm  (shredded)
Green chillies - 3 to 4 chopped
Capsicum - 1 medium Chopped
Egg - 1
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Corn flour - 3 tbsp
Salt -  as per taste
Black paper - as per taste
Oil for frying

Method for Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes and chicken very well.
Now add Green chillies, capsicum, corn flour, salt and black pepper.
Mix well and make in kabab shape.
Beat the egg and dip all the kababs one by one then coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry.
Serve these tasty kababs with ketchup or mayo sauce.
