Home Made Jalebi In Few Easy Steps...!

Ingredients:

White Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Gram Flour (Besan) - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Yellow color - 1 to 2 pinches
Egg - 1
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - as required

Method Of Preparation:

In a bowl, mix White flour, gram flour, ghee, yellow color, egg and make it in the form of smooth mixture with the help of water.
Leave this mixture at room temperature for about 2-3 hours.
For making sheera, Add 2 cups sugar in one cup water and cook it on slow flame until it shows a thick layer.
Now pour the whole Jalebi mixture in a bottle with a small nossel ( like a ketchup bottle).
Heat the oil at medium flame and fry the Jalebies (like a round circle) one by one in hot oil.
Serve them by sprinkling almonds and pista on them.
